RG Financial site looks legit, but they are thieves. Anyone can pay for a great website. I am so glad that all of my research finally came together for me. I actually wondered if the people that worked for them thought they were doing a real job, but after talking with "Joe Haney" who would end his foreboding "pre-trial" messages with a "good luck" I knew he was a professional scammer. I kept him on the phone grilling him while recording our conversation until about 5:05 pm and he finally said "I have to go downstairs and have a meeting with these uh, officers"...oooh, like police officers? or corporate officers from your company? Scare tactics. Illegal as hell. They wont come arrest you for a debt, at least not in Texas. And from all of the posts that I have read, a debt collector can not send the police after you (not even the real ones!). I was stressed out for a few months, but wound up pouring hours of research into this. Put in any and all of the previously mentioned phone numbers in 800notes.com or scamcallfighters.com if you need more verification. I've read them all until I was sure. RG Financial also used to be "Archie Financial"...get it? RG-Archie? There are a lot of scared people out there, and they needn't be. Cheer up buttercup. Thank God for sites like this where we can share. Now they just need to stop calling.

Called me today, luckily I wasn't there to pick it up. I immediately searched the number and arrived here. Blocking this number and all the numbers the poster below provided. I don't answer any call that I don't recognize, then I look it up at sites like this one and usually end up blocking the number. Thank goodness for call blocking!! These scammers are sick! There are so many of them.
I received a call from this number from gut name Donnie Bell says his position as a Claims Officer was to collect a debt from 2010 Pay Loan I took out. Have know idea what he talking about so I asked if he could send this information to me in an email still waiting. He said he was in the office in Georgia but this number has NC area code when I asked which office he was in he explained they move from offices in varies areas so I laughed I know this is a scam but I want to see where this business will send this documents from so I can take it to my attorney.
Looks like they have came up with a new number same people now calling on (802)552-0747 only its robo caller that tells you to dial this number for information about this call. Continuing to ignore them just another number I blocked..
