This Skyler has called my daughters phone looking for me this is a major SCAM!! I have reported them to the police and BBB and they are in the BBB as a Scam/Fraud!!! Don't fall for this bs so many sick duranged individuals in this world trying to take people's hard earned money!!! My bank was notified and they said if they try to take money out they will be prosecuted and asked if I would pursue prosecution and appear in court I said absolutely .Smh!!!
no im saying i paid them and the summons was sent out before i set up the arrangement to pay them...but when i went to court i showed the info and the attorney had the info as well stating tht i was paid in full
and why would i give u my information all im saying is that i saved alot of money by settling this with them verses taking it to court...you can choose to do what you want but im just saying tht not everything is a scam and these ppl really helped me..

Again, please tell us what appeared at the top of the summons you supposedly received.
The name and address of the court, the plaintiff's name, and the judge's name will be sufficient. A docket number would be great.
You realize, of course, that you have not even provided the name of this supposed collector, its physical address, nor its website.
Without the above information, we have absolutely no reason to believe your statements, particularly since your earlier post has a big red stamp on it.
We do not want YOUR information.
We want THEIR information, as well as the PUBLIC information printed on the document you supposedly received.
Please ... your use of the English language is sufficiently good, that you must undestand what we are asking.
Your continued avoidance of providing this public information lends significant credence to our suspicion that you are merely a shill for whatever company uses the phone number at the top of this thread.
Your continued silence when asked for particulars about this so-called "organization" speaks volumes--especially in light of the fact others are being threatened with illegal prosecution.
