This website is a valuable service, and I use it regularly. I am still amazed at how many people don't read the comments and assume that the number they are searching for has nothing to do with this site and no amount of complaining here will block the calls they are receiving. Seriously folks, *read* before you post. (And this site is NOT the Federal "Do not call" list or response site.)
Having said that, this number is the Red Cross from Charlotte, NC. And yes, they will continue to call until you request your name be removed from their list. (And apparently you have to make this request several times.)
The simplest thing to do is put any number you do not wish to get repeated calls from in your blocked number list. Most smart phones have that capability (and if you have to pay for that feature, you need to get another phone/carrier.) Even land lines can get numbers blocked, but since it's been so long since I had to do that, I don't know how much, if any, the service costs.
