Who called from 7047388899

Got call on my sprint cel in North San Diego around 8:15PM Didn't answer.

I received a call from +7047388899 all in Spanish.  When it disconnected I tried to call it back and it said "The international call you are attempting  cannot be connected.

Also live in North County, San Diego and got this call earlier, so did my friend.

just got the call at 7:39pm in northern San Diego area... only google would bring up a site with dozens of similar experiences, the intardnet really is kewl.

No County San Diego last night about 8:15 that I did not answer
