Just received a call from this number which identified as Lowe's. I did answer and got a recorded message offering me the chance to lower our interest rate. Funny thing is while we did open open an account when we were fixing up a rental property, that account has been dormant for at least 12 years. By now I am sure that it has been closed. Total scam!
