I got a call at 7:57 pm from this number. When i answered bo one said anything. They hung up. When i tried to call back it said my call could not be completed as dialed. I done research found out it was a landline threw verizon. I called verizon and was told the number is an active number.

This 704 764 6404 has called me 4 times today sept the first and if it calls back im reporting it to the police for phone harrasment and causing me mental stress problems but all they do is breath and hang up and it tells me the number is not a working number when i call just wanted to let everyone knows I don't answer this numberwas you never know what kind of freaks dumb [***] people are
