Same thing just happened to me.  Left no message.

Call left no message get busy signal when call it back.

just called, rang twice, then hung up. Caller ID said "Society Hill An"

It's from an answering service Society Hill Anesthesiology regarding billing if you recently had surgery.  It's valid, just broken, and it has been reported to them.

Area codes 704 Charlotte NC - Survey Call for ??  Left message; Want you to answer 4 questions, and mentioned that they will call back three times, before 'deleting' called number.
