You can't be serious? After several people wrote that its an alarm company, and legit. Here's a thought.. Answer the phone(or call them back). That # was probably someone else's, and the alarm company thinks they're calling that person. So tell them that you are not who they think they are calling, and the calls will stop. Or, someone put on a caller list.. Best way to find out....answer the phone or call them back. It's that simple.
They call my home every night after 1:00am until 4:00am in the morning. When I do answer the phone it is just a series of beeps on the phone. I would like to know how to report them.
End of mystery. As someone above mentioned, it is a security company. My name is down as a contact on a family members alarm subscription. Apparently she accidently tripped her alarm today.
Yes, they are a security system monitoring company. They are the actual bells and whistles, so to speak, if there is a malfunction/setting off, etc. I work for a small home security company, and they are who our systems are monitored by. Just like Brinks or ADT manufacture their touchscreens/sirens, etc. they also have their own monitoring companies that are centralized for the area (city or county). If you all are getting middle of the night calls with beeps, contact your home security company. Or, if you don't have a home security system, ask friends/relatives if they have you as a contact with their systems.
