Caller ID said "Customer Care". I did not answer, but called the number. The first option was to be placed on a do not call list. I took that option so never heard what the call was about.
I called the number again to find out the name of the company. The recording to "press 1" to be placed on a do not call list repeated three times. Some kind of scam for sure, so will never know who they are.
I just received a call from this number at 5:52 p.m.. Supposedly the call was from GTE Security. However, my home phone number is on the Do Not Call list. I just reported the caller to the Do Not Call list between 6 and 6:30 p.m., this evening.
