This number has been calling and cannot be reached by a return call

This number has called me the past three days.

This number calls me every day, at least 3 or 4 times a day. When I try to call it back, my cell phone says "authorization failure." I'm unable to call it back. I've added it to the National Do Not Call Registry. Additional research says the number is located in Hemby Bridge, NC.

This number called my house and left an awful message on my answering maching.  
They knew my first name.
