Who called from 7049018239

This was a call with no one responding. So I called it back many times and all I got was an automatic rejected call disconnect.  I belive it is a phishing scheme and it needs to be reported to fcc, homeland security, FBI as well as the attorney general

usually between 6 and 7 pm....phone rings, you answer and no one is there...nuisance ...please locate and punish these offenders of privacy
