These guys did not leave a message (just dead air) but HOPE has called under a number of disguises over the years as a legitimate charity. In fact there is a good Hope charity but this is not them and they do not hassle people. Fortunately I have a call blocker and I have probably a dozen of their numbers blocked so this is the last time I get one from this number. SO BYE BYE.
