Same story!! Shawn Michael calling from some government office about a lawsuit that has been , downloaded against my SSN and name. If I don't pay then they will come take me to Jail. Thick heavy Indian accents. Happens about every 3-6 months. Calls my phone, my work phone. Cannot stop them from calling. Cannot find them, Using fake names, fake company names and fake lawsuits. Do not fall for it people. It is a SCAM. You can tell them all about the Fair Debt Collections Act and tell them to Cease all communication and they still call. They want your attorney's name or they want to talk to your supervisor. DO NOT deal with them. They are out to get your money and make your life miserable. Most likely got your information from an old payday loan company that you did online. If they don't get your cooperation, they get rude and will start cursing at you and threatening you.

Man calling himself Neil Johnson calling my phone with a thick heavy Indian accent stating Im going to lose my job on Friday and I'm going to be arrested. This is a scam.
A man with a thick middle eastern accent called my cell and gave me the same bull about owing money. When I read a couple of these scam reports his tune changed, he then asked me if i wanted to be his friend. i asked him what kind of question that was he put me on hold. He came back and asked me again if i wanted to be his friend, I asked him again what kind of question that was he said he liked my voice and asked me again if i wanted to be his friend. I screamed into the phone at the top of my lungs "PERVERT" several times then hung up.
I AM GETTING NUMEROUS CALLS AT MY EMPLOYMENT FROM A CALLER THREATING THAT THEY ARE GOING TO TAKE ME TO COURT IM NOT SURE WHAT FOR, I GET CALL FROM A NUMBER 704-990-6618 THEY HAVE TO STOP OR I WILL LOSE MY JOB
