Calls and hangs up. Probably fishing.

Will not stop calling, even after I requested they add me to their Do Not Call list.

OMG. These jerks called me for the fifth time tonight. AT&T's limited  call block only allows 6 numbers to be blocked.  Time to let go of the land line, I hardly ever use it anyway.

That's why you ditch the call blocking by the phone provider and get your own call blocking device or phone. Just remember they call cell phones also! There are call blocking apps though out there for those also, even trac & straight talk.
