They called me and left a msg to have my attorney or myself call them back regarding mediation. I did and she asked for my number which I have and she said my husband's bane so I said yeah. She said he had 3 felonies pending over payday loans and something about a bad check? I was clueless and just hung up. So glad I Google the number!

Lady calling from mediation services. They keep calling. I have already informed them its the wrong number. Coward bit*h just hangs up. They act like they are a law firm but they are just sorry debt collectors attempting to pump fear by threatening legal action. I have no hesitation to pick up these random calls because i am DEBT-FREE and know that i owe absolutely nothing to anyone. Maybe i should just start calling them all day! keep their phone lines busy :D
Received a call this morning from Janet Smith indicating that there is a case filed in their office and to call back immed. Funny--she didnt say who she was calling for----idiots
We just received this same call and the lady got really crabby with me and even hung up on me when i was who she was and said i wanted to talk to the boss and she told me "I am the Boss" she was saying that my other half owes money for a payday loan and if we don't pay 500$ by 1 then she switched to 2 then it will go to the judge and my other halfs empoyleer would be notified and he will loose his cdl and everything. Needless to say i am glad i found this site when i google the phone number and I also contacted the local police department.
