They called me and left a msg to have my attorney or myself call them back regarding mediation. I did and she asked for my number which I have and she said my husband's bane so I said yeah. She said he had 3 felonies pending over payday loans and something about a bad check? I was clueless and just hung up. So glad I Google the number!
I continually get the same message telling me that me or my attorney must contact them about signing papers in their office. The area code is for Augusta, Georgia and I live in Cleveland Ohio so that does not even make sense. I have tried to call back several times but always get a message from the operator that the call can not be completed and I should try again later.
I got a call from these looser today. They said they had a pending action against me for fraud and illegal interstate bank transfer. I talked to my loan company and they knew nothing about this. I pressed them for an address of the company and full company name, they just hang up. I don't know how these people can stay in business.
I received a phone call on my cell phone. I did not pick up, since I do not know anyone with this phone #. Will block them, since I have read the other comments & this # belonges to a scammer
