Caller ID: Unknown Name; Automated message for someone else not residing here. Did not give option to select a number for "wrong number."  I called back and "Iris" answered that she was from Southwest Credit.  I asked that my number be removed as I had no business/debt with them.  I have had repeated calls from this agency with promises to remove my number from their list with no follow through.
