To me, this explanation is very vague and since I don't own a business that would use the service, I will be blocking this number.
Called at 12:30am and left message with our name, our credit card company and the last 4 digits of it saying they were the issuing bank and to call them back. I told my husband our bank would not do that especially in the middle of the night on a Sunday. He called the number anyway and it was a "hey there, talk to guys and girls" talk line!

You have stated this elsewhere, about your friend calling you from there. Really? Who is total System Services? I think they are BS.
They called me about my TD credit card - which I never actually had - a long story in itself. Point is, I don't think they are legit - if you try calling the number back, automated answer is "enter the extension number of the person you want to speak with."
So, this is not TD bank calling me. Therefore it seems logical it is either a telemarketer misrepresenting them selves, or someone phishing, or both.
