As with Mike, caller claimed to be Microsoft agent wanting to assist me with "problems" on my computer. I told him I made no calls and will contact Microsoft to report this call and number.
This person clamed to be from Microsoft Support. The caller ID did not match as it said LAT_AMER_LD. He said they are receiving erors from my computer and will assist me in removing them. I am not receiving any type of error on my compter. Obviously a scam

I called the number back and it went to a voice mail for a man named Norman. It did not say what company he was with and he didn't leave a message when he called our number.
Man with Indian accent calling saying he was from Windows tech support, and that they had been receiving error messages from my computer the last couple days. Said he would give me my ID and help me get rid of problems. I haven't been having any. I am certain it is a scam.
