Who called from 7071647789

I have received several calls from this number.  I do not answer as I do not recognize the number.   They leave no voice msg

Hang up robocaller as usual.  This number is within my area code, but what kind of prefix is 164?  Probably fake...

Hang up, of course, calls Sunday evening, 6:15 on my business line, and what kind of prefix os 164, first I ever heard of that in the 707 area code.  Was not going to pick up.  Here we go again!

UGH!!! they are at it again. so frustrating leave no message- unusual number has to be telemarketers...

GOt a call from 253-164-8619. No Voicemail left. This was the only post I could find on a 164 prefix other than for international calling. I didn't answer.
