After answering a series of automated questions about whether I was over age 18 and made at least $40k per year I was connected to a live person who represented herself as Ashley from the Orlando Promotions department. I pretended that I was Saul Rosenberg from the Jerky Boys. Based on my prior stay at a related property I was qualified for a trip that included stops in Ft. Lauderdale, a Bahamian cruise, and even Orlando on top of all that and the food was free and a casino credit, etc. etc. All for $799 on some ship that they themselves claimed to own. unfortunately she spit out so much information I cannot recall the name of the cruise ship that she claimed that her company owned. When I started asking questions about whether she was a registered seller of travel in California and what her California Business Oversite number was, her tone changed and she was irritated and eventually transferred me to somewhere where there was a hold and I finally hung up. I managed to keep her on the line for 10 minutes. I view this as a victory as I kept her from scamming other people during that time. These jerks are calling us 3 times a day on all our phones (landline, cells)
