Recorded message informing me that I am able to choose my electric utility provider and to press 1 now to talk to someone... it only takes 5 minutes.
If I could get ahold of one of these idiots in person I would only need 5 seconds to take out my frustrations!!
I received a call from my home phone. Went to answering machine and didn't leave a message. I called the number back and the phone kept ringing and ringing.

Called this number recorder stated the the Goggle subscriber was unavailable. Why are these people never availble???
