Sounds like same outfit we're dealing (i.e., which called us). Caller said his name was Dan Black, as I recall (from "Smart Construction") and gave me same 650 phone number. The last sort of company I want working inside my house.
Just got a call, 11:45am, sounded like it originated in a call center with many voices in the background, and asked if there were any home improvements I needed done in the near future. When I said no thanks, he immediately hung up.
