I received a call from this number as well.. Man gave inaudible message- English very poor. called my CPA and told me it was a SCAM........Said the same thing and then called back and said they were from "legal affairs"..... ?????? SCAM!!

It's 06/26/2015 4:48pm and I just finish talking with Ben Blake and told me the same thing. That I was facing 3years in jail and if failure to pay agents from IRS were going to go to my house and arrest me and take me to jail.
I received a call a couple hours ago. They left a message on my cell phone with a call back number as listed. The man who left a message I could barely understand. When I called back I go a woman who wanted to forward documents to my attorney and the name of my CPA and attorney. Said I was being charged with tax fraud. I told them I had to work with a tax advocate just to get my refund which I just got 2 days ago after filing in February. She was harsh and said she would send documents about the criminal charges Really shook me up.
