A guy called and asked for owner by first name; caller ID only said Eureka, CA. He was told he wasn't in (he was) and we'd take a message. He started to explain what he was about - he wanted to arrange financing for our customers who were having vehicle repairs done in our shop. We've had these places call before and we just tell them - not interested, because if the customer can't pay his bill he doesn't get his vehicle back. We have leverage, and they arrange their own financing if they need to. He was told that was something the owner wouldn't be interested in calling him about. He said okay then, I'll call back later. What would be a good time? SERIOUSLY? Blocked.
