One of those fraternal police charities where they solicit donations for juvenile programs.  I have donated to them a couple of times only for them to sell my phone number on to other police charities and medical research charities, resulting in my phone ringing off the hook day and night.  I had to order Caller ID in order to screen the calls.

Very little of your donation will actually go to the charity because they are calling long distance to solicit you.
