This number called my house on 3/10/14 - asking about how many people in my house hold needed dental coverage.  I did not give him any information about my family.  It seems like a phishing scheme.  My family has private dental coverage and it is under my business.  The gentleman asked specifically about for my husband and wanted more information.  (My husband has know information, except for the insurance card in his wallet.)
