I got a call from this same # and didn't answer it, they didn't leave a message either, I called it back and got the same message that the mailbox is full. I am on the Federal No Call list and still get these calls. One time, I got a call with a Houston area code and they  left a message for someone I didn't know and they had called several times, first it was a recording then a person would call. The recording would say, "If you are not this person hang up" and I did several times & they continued to call. I looked up the # as I did this one and found it was a collection agency. I have had my # for nearly 2 yrs and the last time they called, a man who sounded American claiming they were a law firm and that the person needed to call regarding "a
warrant," So,I called them back to tell them they had the wrong person and to stop calling. This time a man answered sounding like an American and I explained to him that I had had this # for nearly 2 yrs. He got an attitude and said, "This is the # the woman had given the officer," I told him I looked them up and they were nothing but some collection agency and to stop calling cause this was not her # and what he was doing was illegal. He came back saying, "Then you need to slap her face when you see her" I told him I didn't know the woman and to stop calling, he started yelling and suddenly his accent changed to an middle eastern one, I told him if he called again I would be calling the authorities,  I live in Texas and my area code is far from Houston! And when I would try to call the recording # back, a recording would come on saying that it was not a working #. The "non-working" # is 415-376-7448 and the one from Houston is 713-774-3655. So, beware of these #s as they are scams! Not to mention they call 6 or 7 times a day which is harassment! As JJ said, who do they think we are?!
