Who called from 7122931595

My grandma got this call for me when i was at work. The person wouldn't tell her what the call was about, but said that it was 'personal business'.

I called the number back and a lady answerd and she said it was "mrs. clark"...I think it is a collection agency.

I got a call from this number asking for my brother saying they looked up his address on the internet.  I asked what it was about and got "personal business".  I asked for a return number getting this one and his name was Richard.

mrs. clark called and left this as the return number on my machine. she said she was a treasurer of the estate of our neighbor. in't it illegal to misrepresent yourself on the phone like that?????
