Who called from 7122931595

You evidently are late on a bill.  This is indeed a collection agency.

Its Noll Collection Agency, Sioux City, IA.

I got a call on Monday from a guy named Richard Swebeck (sp) and was asking for my friend???? Why he left a message for her on MY cell I have no idea, how random.....

it is then she will transfer you to a mrs.williams

also had a call from Richard Swebeck (sp) in a rude voice with just his number and "call me today". Really? I got a life... leave me a real message and i might return the call. In the meantime,  I have no money, so sorry.
