I recieved 5 calls tonight, finally I was able to *69 and catch the number - 712-429-0344. I called it back, it said that the call could not be completed. What do we do to stop this? I know it was the same call, sometimes it was a woman, sometimes nothing on the line. What is this???
Update: I had written before that they called everyday and hung up but I would get a disconnected message when I called the number back. After a whole string of these, someone finally spoke up. As written above, the same "representative" told me she was from "Value Benefits." Before she could launch into her spiel, I told her I've been getting hang-up calls from this number everyday, and she better knock it off." She got highly indignant and told me they have NEVER called this number before. I told her to get me off her call list, or she could be prosecuted. I haven't received any calls from this number since. Hope it lasts.
I am getting calls from this same number also, 712-429-0355 in fact I punched in the numbr and got this board. Please take them something they will remember. I am really annoyed, and powerless.
