I just received a call from this number also (712-511-2445). No voicemail, and the caller ID just showed the digits. I tried calling the number back, but got a recording that the number was not valid (not the typical "the number you are trying to reach has been disconnected..." message). I've been getting calls lately from Citibank (you're late just once...), but I've not ever seen this number before.
I just got one on my CELL phone- and all of my phone numbers- land line and cell numbers are on the National DO NOT CALL list. I started to get a recorded voice message and hung up- then tried to cross-index the number on
whitepages.com to see who it was , so I could register a complaint. I did it twice and checked the number again- and a recording said it was a "non-working" number, and to check the call and dial again. I did- and got the same thing.
