i beleave there is if you have the list and the time they called report it to your local authorities do to the fact that they can trace it down and have the persons local authorites contact them for harassment
I received a telemarketing call on my cell phone asking me if I have a mortgage and what my interest rate is. I asked them how they even got my number and to not call my cell anymore. The lady had the nerve to ask for my home number so she can call me there! I asked her to put me on their "do not call" list. Lo and behold .... 10 days later I get another call from this same company, but the phone number that came up was a bit different, its 712-429-0234, but its same company (I dont remember the name now), asking me same thing. unbelievable! I am about to file a complaint of them violating my direct Do Not Call request
was home for lunch one day and got 3 calls within a ten minute period from 712-429-0250, all three times the person on the other end didnt say anything, so when i answered it the third time i didnt give them a chance to speek, just yelled if (if you call this number again i was going to report u.) they havent called back yet, i really wish there was something someone could do, we can spend millions trying to win a war, we can put a man on the moon,and spend millions in politics, but we cant stop these calls?
I have been getting calls from this number for the last month. anywhere from 1-10 times a day, about everything from lower medical costs to morgage. I have asked everyone of them to put me on the do not call list and I'm still getting the calls.
I came home from work and found this number 714-429-0250 and the location of Sloan, Iowa on my caller ID. When I went online it came up on my CALLWAVE as: 'CELEBRATION' 712-429-0250, Sloan, Iowa. I figured I'd Google it before calling back. I'm glad I did.
