They keep calling me as well. Check out the new twist though. When they called me the guy who sounded like he was from India. Claimed to be working for Google. I'm looking now where to report this to Google because I'm sure they will help take care of this thing in some way. I talked to the guy some trying to keep him off guard, and asked for his company number, then the idiot gave me a number that ended up being the number for grantaid. When called a woman answered and just said corporate headquarters and that was it. I had to pry information out of her, like they have call center in Nevada and when asked to verify my number to get me out of their call list, she said wouldn't call anymore. Seemed she took me out of the list faster then possible, but oh well. Here is the apparent corporate number. 877-545-2147.
Oh after the guy gave me the 800 number he must have realized he was stupid because he gave me the actual one, after claiming to be a Google employee. Lol then he hung up.
I received a call from (712) 945-0179 8:56pm on June 29, 2007 Pacific time. I didn't recognize the number, so I Googled it (I always do this if I don't recognize a number). Left no message on my voice mail. Imagine my surprise when Google brought up a LOT of links! How the hell did they get my number? Or all the OTHER complainants' phone numbers?
