Same scam - claim to be "legal officees" and want to "assist" me to avoid lawsuit or somesuch BS. Computer generated voice sounding all official gives call-back #. Funny thing tho - the call came in on a cellphone that has no assigned # yet - just a t-mobile sim which isnt activated yet???
I continue to get calls from several numbers, all claiming to be Midway Mediation or Midway Solutions....threatening to serve papers. Two weeks ago they threatened that they would file papers within 48 hours...haven't seen anything yet....how do I get these calls stopped?
i received a call from this number stating that they are taking me to court. That it is from a payday loan that I payed off they are very nasty and would not send anything to me
They called here looking for my husbands X wife of 30 years and she needed to call why they had our number and not hers I wonder so I called them back after I looked up on the web site for there company and found out and I told them when I called back you are a fraud. Hope fully I dont get any more calls. They did tell me the were a legal company trying to collect a debt
