Just called me... I didn't answer but called back... ring tone took a long time...

Must be coming from a call center - I could hear the sound of many loud voices in the background. The noise and the caller speaking so fast made it impossible to even understand what he was saying.

They called my dnc.com cell phone number wanting to sell me car insurance. They knew all of my personal information. This is unnerving.
