These calls are a scam!!! They get your info from any online education apps/ payday loan apps/ etc & then call you threatening to take legal action against you for a payday loan that you've never taken out. I admit, I've got one I haven't paid for yet but it was a COMPLETELY different bank so when he stated that they deposited the funds into my USAA account I knew better. They try to harass you & scare you into giving them money.
It's a scam. Call me today and said I was going to jail tomorrow if I didn't send money today. I have never had a payday loan. Turned it over to the local police.
