This is some sort of scam...says in british voice, hello this is kelly smith and i am trying to contact you. then nothing

And you are an idiot if you don't get it that this is a collection agency.

This Convergent Outsourcing.  They robo call you and when you wait to talk to a real person, they hang up.  If they can call and harass me, I can just as easily bug them.  But to really set them off use a phone number they really can't identify.  I use a program that lets me make call from my PC.    These guys are scum

I have gotten repeated calls from this number and they never leave a voicemail. When you answer there is just dead air.
