Got a call yesterday and today from same guy, "Steve". Today I asked him for HIS phone number. He hung up. Yesterday he asked me if I have taken birth control in the past.
SMH, waiting for him to call again. Will be getting the fax machine from now on.
Man with heavy south asian accent calling about my medical compensation. We had a long conversation about the weather in Austin (where he said he was, not Mumbai like I suggested), whether or not I had bladder leakage, his undying love for me. He didn't seem to understand why I asked about his prostate. I explained that he was concerned about my urination, it was only polite that I inquire about his. He asked me if I knew him. All-in-all, a very enjoyable conversation, it went on for over 5 minutes. He said he would call back, yeah, we'll see.
Got a call at 6:55 AM from this number, CID listed as Consulate Gnrl. Dead air no one on the line, lucky them. After reading Sara's comments above, looks like scammers anonymous are at it again.
This number has called me twice today, showing as Consulate GNRL on my caller ID. Both times left a 3 minute message of static air. I did not try to call back, and, after reading these posts will be removing this number's ability to even ring my phone. Ugh.
