Who called from 7142159039

I ha been received calls from this number
714 215 9039. They keep you on hold and tell you tha a representative will be shortly to assist you . They keep telling you that yo are number 8 on their list and keep you waiting for about 10 minutes and then, when you are number 1 and that a representative will answer your call ,they hang up on you..
I tried several times to call back but they never pick up the phone

Hang up call, the conduct or someone I really, really would hire!! NOT!!!!

Called 3/21/16 at 12:15 PDT,  Caller ID showed "Service" so I did not answer. Hung up when answering machine came on

Got call and blocked them instantly!.
They also called with different numbers:
