Rick Sanchez called from this number. He says he is from the legal office Bergman and Associates, says to call 866-822-5673, and lists off a complaint number. Upon further investigation, I cannot find a Rick Sanchez at a Bergman and Associates. It seems that this person is a debt collector spoofing his number and threatening legal action.
They have changed to Kaufman and Associates. I fell for their plow. Know your rights and you are allowed to question everything. Please do so and don't make the same mistake I did. They called me at work multiple times and forced me into agreeing to terms that were unreasonable for anyone. I am in the process of fighting them but do your research and don't let them try and force you to make a decision right away.
Had a call from 657-205-6383 from Rick Sanchez saying my husband was a character referance for some one he had met 1 time for about 30 min. Didn't listen to see what he wanted but be aware of this phone number
They left me a few voicemails, one from an unknown number telling them to call 714-497-0779. I also received a call from "Rick Sanchez" 657-205-6383. I think they called my mom and probably my old work. It's most likely a debt collector. I did have accounts that went into collections so that's probably it.
