It's OnStar.   If OnStar wants to sell service, then the company needs to stop having telemarketers call daily only to hang up when the answering machine comes on.   This is a shady and annoying way to do business and I'm fed up with the company.   They probably would have had my business if they hadn't behaved like any other shady telemarketer out there.
