Who called from 7143956916

Two calls on 8/30 (morning/ afternoon) and one prior 8/18 early business hour.  Called last year (March 2009).  No message; Out of Area.

This # has called me repeatedly for weeks, never leaves a message & never answers when I say hello. Today a man finally spoke ... he knew both my & my spouses names, our street & our city. He asked if he could come by to give us an interior/exterior estimate. When I said no thank you & to please remove me from his call list, he paused then said "ok" in such a way that completely unnerved me! I'm not a fan of solicitors, but none has ever left me with such a creepy feeling before - Yikes!

9/7/2010   Called at10AM just stayed on the line for about 5 sec. then hung up, I tried to talk, but no response.

Everyone listen up this is an investigation firm, they're job is trying to located people. They are working for insurance companies, disabilities etc.. and  employers.  They called and said the were JVC Construction and were going to be in my neighborhood doing estimates.  The gentleman knew my name and my husbands.  Very Odd.

Called here multiple times in the past year.... always a hang up. Everyone else tired of it too? Tracked to a landline in Irvine, CA
