Robo Dialer seeking people with tax problems or needs .. supposedly 1/3 of all people have problems with IRS so dialer just calls all 9,999 numbers in an area code and pre-fix .. such as 405-282-0000 thru 405-282-9999 .. 1 out of 3 calls will find person with tax problem .. I tag all incoming calls .. 3rd time this number popped up .. I answered and told them I pay 70% of my income to gov't each week so I can never have any tax problems and get huge refund each year and I'm mad at Donald Trump because he says he's going to cut taxes!! .. they took me off list ;)
