Incidentally, Dubois can be pronounced either way.. it's the preference of the family or descendants with the name.. "dew-boyce" is "Americanized" pretty much - and "dew-bwah" is the original French, of course. I even knew a Dubose who pronounced his name "dew-bose" just like it looks, like the speaker company.

This guy Jim Evans said that he seen that I had a outstanding debt of 1k and said he's going to take me to court. One I haven't had job in 6years. I found out I have medical problems and everything is chaotic. This guys said if I couldn't make the payment he would go after my wife's money and her checks. I understand I owe money but I just can't pay it and these people belittle the people that they communicate with such as myself and etc. He said if I could make payment arrangements he would contact his attorneys and the I would be summon to court. He also told that there isn't a statue of limitations on jewelry or merchandise. He called and said there was a break on a contract. But when I look up the laws on statues of limitations laws in my state Pennsylvania it says 3/4 years and used to be six. So should I be worried or is this s scam to take money from me.
