they never leave a message. When I tried to call back, I got the message that this number is no longer in service, then a message error #.

Update. Since they call every day, today I told the caller I was very interested and asked for their phone number. And he gave me a working number, where they receive the calls from their clients! So anyone out there being harassed by Clearview, call this number, dial "0" for the operator and say you are being harassed by their telemarketers and wish to be removed from their calling list. We'll see if they remove me, but at least it is not a fake number like other one. Here's their phone: (714)729-0680.

I have caller ID and it did display the number so I blocked it. Now they should get a busy signal when calling me.

Who is this? Why bother calling without leaving a message?

The number did not come up as blocked, therefore I answered.

But when I did, no one was on the line, when I called back, it said that they "Cannot receive calls at this time".

I am sure they are checking to see which numbers are valid and then they sell the list of telephone numbers to telemarketers.  I am reporting them.

Rule of thumb now, never answer your phone.
