When I answered the phone, it was a recorded message. As soon as it began, I hung up. Caller ID showed name as "Go Green Education". The area code is southern Calif. - we are in northern Calif.
This call is from A1 Solar Power, a solar company based in Van Nuys, California (with six branches throughout the state: San Diego, Costa Mesa, Carpenteria, Petaluma, Concord, and San Jose) or one of its telemarketing fronts.
A1 Solar Power’s telemarketing fronts usually spoof both the Caller-ID name and the Caller-ID number or use recently disconnected numbers. Occasionally, they will spoof the active number of an unsuspecting victim.

Same here. They have bombarded my home and cell phone (both on DNC list) numerous times using different phone numbers all going back to A1 Solar. If they think they will win customers using such tactics, they obviously got it all wrong.
Recd call from this number today. I did not answer and they left no message on my answering machine.
