Another Israeli/Persian fraud ring calling from fake #s, which no legitimate business would ever do. Probably got a government payoff for "solar" construction, like Obama's Solyndra scam. CID=Go Green Educat(ion) and is under one of several scam outfits operating together, such as Top Design Remodeling, which has many negative reviews on Yelp (http://www.yelp.com/biz/top-design-remodeling-los-angeles-3). Also beware these crooks can write their own reviews that are glowingly positive, so Yelp's not necessarily trustworthy.
These creeps keep calling and one had the audacity to start screaming obscenities when I asked them to stop calling. They need to be put out of business and arrested for harassment.
Got all the same calls reported above. In response, I called their number back, dozens of times over the past two days. When prompted to leave a message I simply left the phone on allowing their machine to record silence. As off this afternoon, the number seems to be out of service.
