this number has been calling me everyday for last two weeks and stays silent when i answer. often hang up only after two rings. never leaves a voicemail when it's a missed call. finally, when i call back, i never get through. what's going on?
Same here. They have been calling me everyday. When I pick up the call, no one responds. If I call this number, it says that this number is not in service.
Started calling on 7-30-15 at 11:16 am. They have called 13 times since then. From what I can find they are located somewhere in Yorba Linda.

Same here. Found a site and for .95 cents, will tell me location. But from what I could see from the map posted with info on how to pay for location, the place calling is east of Lakeview in Yorba Linda.
I have detailed every call and time of call and submitted complaint to Attorney General of California.
Suggest you do same. How much good it will do I don't know. But maybe if they get many complaints, they will.

I have found a site that locates this number as on Vista Del Mar in Yorba Linda. There is nothing but homes in that area so whoever it is is calling from home.
