I have this number called me twice a day, everyday since the beginning of August....
same as all, they call, air silent, then hang up; or no voice mail...
It's getting very annoyed....

I got through to the 312 number and spoke with a man who seemed to know about my problem with these OCC people. I gave them the info I had and he said he would do his best to try and block this number from calling me.
They didn't promise me that they could, but at least someone is doing something.
Thanks again and I hope other people that log onto this sitwill read this and hopefully get through to the person I got a hold of. And if they get enough calls, this idiot will move to another place and leave us alone.
I do not think it will stop them as by the research that I have done, OCC LUCKY SEV has been a plague on people for at least two years. Bugging people all over the country. I have seen complaints from DC, LA, Washington state, etc...

A.N.---- Try looking at the response "Don't Give Up". He has given me two numbers to call.
I have tried the '1-888' number and no one answered and the voice mail is full. But when I called the '1-312-506-0940' number, I got through to a person who is trying to get this annoying number blocked. At least I talked to someone who is trying to do something about them.
I have received 15 calls from them since 7-30, the most recent being at 10:03am today.(8-19)
So try the numbers listed by "Don't Give Up". If enough people call, maybe they will move on.
I don't think they will stop for the reason that OCC LUCKY SEV has been bugging people for 2 years that I can see, all over the country.
